Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Professional to join our team at Techise. This is a permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week.

About the Role
  • This role involves providing technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer hardware or software.
  • You will be responsible for researching and implementing solutions by consulting user guides, technical manuals, and other documents.
  • Your duties will include advising and training users in response to identified difficulties, collecting and maintaining a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • You will also supervise other technical support workers in this group and provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
Requirements
  • You must have an Associate Computing Professional (ACP) certification and/or Cisco certified network associate and/or Microsoft certified professional (MCP) certification and/or A+ Certification.
  • A strong understanding of Android, security software, word processing software, .NET, MS Windows, and TCP/IP is essential.
  • You should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid criminal record check and bondable status are required.
Benefits
  • The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Relocation costs may be covered by the employer, and travel expenses will be paid.
