Job Title: Laundromat Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Laundromat Attendant to join our team at P & D Cleaning Services.

Job Summary:

The Laundromat Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and assisting clients with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Assist clients with special needs, deal with public, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Work Environment: Work in a rural area, own transportation, and be physically demanding.
  • Physical Capabilities: Handle heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and have attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and reliability.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:

We provide support for newcomers and refugees, including foreign credential recognition and a welcoming work environment.

Support for Youths:

We provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.

Support for Indigenous People:

We develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.

Support for Visible Minorities:

We provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.

Language: English

Hours of Work: 32 to 40 hours per week
