We are a reputable cleaning services company seeking a highly skilled Laundromat Attendant to join our team. As a Laundromat Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and maintaining the overall efficiency of our laundromat facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Assist clients with special needs, handle public interactions, and maintain a positive attitude to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain work areas, including the laundromat equipment, to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Transportation and Travel: Own transportation is required to travel to and from work.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Handle heavy loads, work in a physically demanding environment, and stand for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and a positive attitude to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role is required.
