About the Role

P & D Cleaning Services is seeking a highly skilled Laundromat Attendant to join our team. As a Laundromat Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and maintaining the overall efficiency of our laundromat operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Laundry Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the laundromat, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and that the facility is well-stocked with supplies.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handling customer transactions, and maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of laundry supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on laundry equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order and that any issues are reported promptly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Work Setting: Rural area
  • Transportation: Own transportation
  • Work Conditions: Physically demanding, standing for extended periods, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, and work under pressure
