About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Laundromat Attendant to join our team at P & D Cleaning Services. As a Laundromat Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our laundry facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, respond to their queries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Facility Maintenance: Clean and maintain the laundry facilities, including washing machines, dryers, and surrounding areas.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage laundry supplies, including detergent, fabric softener, and other essentials.
  • Cash Handling: Handle customer transactions, including cash and credit card payments.
Requirements

  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Rural area
