As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager at COMPASS GROUP CANADA, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end marketing operations, including campaign execution, lead management, data governance, and reporting.

This role requires expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and marketing automation. You will develop data-driven growth strategies for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C markets, collaborating across teams to align growth strategy, system architecture, and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and present a comprehensive Marketing Operations strategy to cross-functional teams.
  2. Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Data teams to align marketing automation workflows with growth objectives and customer journeys.
  3. Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across email, web, and mobile channels using SFMC.
  4. Create, optimize, and maintain customer journeys, automations, and personalized content in SFMC.
  5. Evaluate and manage the marketing tech stack to meet business needs, ensuring smooth integration of tools and platforms.
  6. Implement data hygiene best practices and analyze campaign performance data to drive lifecycle improvements and optimize results.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, particularly in marketing automation for B2C and B2B markets.
  • Expertise in SFMC, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Audience Builder.
  • Able to translate complex business requirements into scalable, practical solutions, leveraging best practices in marketing automation.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and AMPScript, with experience in CRM and API integrations.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering results.
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to build relationships across cross-functional teams.
