Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Operations Manager to join our team at Mr. Lube Brantford. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of automotive service technicians and support staff
  • Estimate costs and materials for repairs and maintenance
  • Operate computer-aided design (CADD) and other software systems
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the automotive service industry
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding workload. They will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
