At MR. LUBE HAMILTON, we are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and recruiting and hiring workers. You will also be responsible for estimating costs and materials, operating CADD and other computer software systems, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of service technicians and other team members
  • Recruit, hire, and train new team members
  • Estimate costs and materials for service projects
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Equivalent experience in a related field
