Job Description

The Cannabis Sales Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and educating them on responsible cannabis use
  • Providing accurate product knowledge and information based on ongoing learning
  • Converting customer needs into sales in real-time using tablets for order processing
  • Cultivating, growing, and retaining a customer base through an exemplary customer experience
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A CannaSell Certificate or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar scope of role with sales and customer service experience in retail or hospitality
  • Ability to diplomatically and professionally interact with customers at all times
