Human Resources Director

At SIMPLEX HR INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Director to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of experience in human resources. Key responsibilities include establishing and implementing policies and procedures, overseeing the classification and rating of occupations, and planning and developing recruitment strategies. The successful candidate will also manage training and development strategies, oversee the development of communication strategies, and advise senior management. Additionally, they will negotiate collective agreements and evaluate work environments to control and prevent disease or injury. The work environment is fast-paced, and the position is permanent with 32 hours per week. The work language is English.
