Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at BoomerangFX, a rapidly growing cloud-based enterprise software company. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing creative talent acquisition strategies to support our continued growth and success.

About the Role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with our senior leadership team to identify, attract, and hire top talent in the market. You will utilize your headhunting skills to discover and assess candidates, manage the full recruitment cycle, and build a scalable pipeline of qualified candidates.

You will also create and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage relationships with external agencies, and stay up-to-date with trends and advancements in the market to drive informed decision-making.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a start-up environment
  • A track record of success with meeting and exceeding hiring targets
  • Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to drive informed decision-making
  • Proficiency in utilizing a variety of recruitment channels to attract top talent
  • Experience sourcing, nurturing, and hiring passive candidates
  • A consultative approach to recruitment, with a problem-solving mindset
  • Comprehensive understanding and application of recruitment best practices
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources or equivalent work history
