We're seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in shaping and executing creative talent acquisition strategies that support our continued growth and success. Reporting to our senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for evaluating and championing all people, culture, talent, and organizational strategies to build a scalable foundation for our North American and International expansion.

You'll utilize a variety of channels to source qualified candidates, including social networks, online recruitment platforms, and professional events. Your expertise will be essential in managing the full recruitment cycle, from needs analysis to the onboarding of new employees, including negotiating job offers, benefits, and conditions.

We're looking for a candidate who can creatively build new recruitment strategies capable of attracting top talent and act as an employer brand ambassador to provide an outstanding candidate experience. You'll actively participate in the creation and continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, projects, and processes, staying up-to-date with trends and advancements in the market and talent acquisition to stay competitive.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruiter who has 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a start-up environment with a focus on high volume recruiting for entry to senior level roles. You'll leverage data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and implement changes to optimize recruitment processes.

Your comprehensive understanding and application of recruitment best practices will ensure compliance and alignment with our organizational goals and values. A consultative approach to recruitment is essential, and proficiency in utilizing a variety of recruitment channels is required.

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including onsite fitness facilities, personal training classes, team socials, dental care, and company events.
