Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Plan and control budget and expenditures
Schedule and confirm appointments
Manage contracts
Manage training and development strategies
Respond to employee questions and complaints
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Oversee payroll administration
Arrange travel and make reservations
Provide customer service
Maintain and manage digital database
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Supervision: Supervise 5-10 people.
Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Social Media.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail.
Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, client focus, reliability.
