Business Development and International Strategy Manager

CAE Inc is seeking a highly skilled Business Development and International Strategy Manager to lead our global defence business development efforts. As a key member of our International Leadership Team, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing business strategies to drive growth and success in our international markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and success in international markets
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and government officials
- Collaborate with technical experts to develop and implement innovative solutions to meet customer needs
- Manage and report on business performance, including pipeline development and revenue growth
- Minimum 15 years of experience in business development, capture management, marketing, sales, proposal, or program management activities in the Canadian Defence industry
- 10+ years of experience in dealing with International Defence procurement processes
- Bachelor degree in engineering/sciences or administration or equivalent background and experience
- Strong ability to collaborate with key OEMs and business partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - French is an asset
- Ability to hold a NATO SECRET Security Clearance & Controlled Goods Clearance
