As a key member of our International Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and success in our international markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Formulate and implement business strategies to achieve ambitious growth objectives
- Develop and manage a matured pipeline to support our business plan
- Lead the capture management, bids and proposal, business intelligence, and Business Development Operations group
- Collaborate with key OEMs and business partners to drive business growth
- Manage governance and reporting to track progress against plan, risks, and mitigation of risks
- Minimum 15 years experience in business development, capture management, marketing, sales, proposal, or program management activities in the Canadian Defence industry
- 10+ years of experience in dealing with International Defence procurement processes
- Bachelor degree in engineering/sciences or administration or equivalent background and experience
- Strong ability to collaborate with key OEMs and business partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - French is an asset
- Ability to hold a NATO SECRET Security Clearance & Controlled Goods Clearance
