Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at MK AUTO REPAIR & COLLISION. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations
  • Train and develop other team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events
  • Manage training and development strategies to enhance team performance
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked office
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed
  • Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide excellent customer service
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Work Environment

As an Administrative Assistant at MK AUTO REPAIR & COLLISION, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail, multitasking, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment with 32 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
