Label Sales Representative

Job Summary:

CSA Group is seeking a highly skilled Label Sales Representative to join our team. As a Label Sales Representative, you will be responsible for processing client label orders and licensing submissions, handling the distribution of various types of labels, and assisting the Field Services team with label needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process a range of complex transactions to ensure internal and external customers receive correct controlled labels in a timely manner.
  • Act as a problem solver for discrepancies, errors, and omissions in various processes to enhance speed and efficiency of product delivery.
  • Provide information to clients about CSA Group's services, including pricing, change in programs, anti-counterfeiting programs, and shipping.
  • Respond to customer billing and credit inquiries and issue credits or debits as necessary.
  • Ensure that computer records of serialized numbers of label stock are not compromised and reflect the accuracy of label stock in Warehouse.
  • Process product procurement and backorder resolution promptly to minimize order turnaround time and customer complaints and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare purchase orders for printing of Standard, Combination Labels, and Special Inspection labels.
  • Work with suppliers in preparation of design and material of new labels and approve proofs or obtain engineer and client approval.
  • Coordinate and reconcile the annual physical inventory count for Toronto and all overseas warehouse locations.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations to Team Manager(s) to improve any processes, improvements, or inefficiencies within the Label Sales group.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school diploma and 3 years of experience.
  • Database management mandatory.
  • Knowledge of label materials preferred.
  • Proficiency in word processing and data entry in a Windows environment mandatory.
  • Strong team player with proven independent problem-solving skills.
