We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our client, a prestigious Canadian asset management firm with a global platform. The company invests in a variety of asset classes including real estate, energy, and private equity.

The selected candidate will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives to develop key investor relationships, both public and private. This includes managing equity analyst relationships, formulating strategic planning, and coordinating quarter end activities and communications to investors.

The successful candidate will possess deep knowledge of equity valuation from a public capital markets perspective, excellent communication skills, and the ability to articulate the organization's equity strategy crisply and effectively to stakeholders.

This is a front-facing leadership mandate within a publicly traded private equity vehicle. The individual will interact with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, investment professionals, and portfolio managers.

Reporting to the Managing Director of Private Equity, the selected candidate will be responsible for day-to-day oversight and support for the organization's existing and growing investor base and equity analysts.

The desired candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a relevant position, including equity research, portfolio management, corporate development, or investor relations. A clear history of working with public company and/or public markets investors is essential.

A bachelor's degree in business or finance and a CPA, MBA, and/or CFA designation are preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills, along with analytic and strategic thinking abilities, are required.
