About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at GAJJAN INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, cheques, and credit/debit card payments.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves as needed.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process Returns and Exchanges: Handle customer returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Maintain Store Security: Monitor all entrances and exits, requesting proof of payment when necessary, and verifying the age of customers when selling restricted products.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
