About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Chevron. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Transactions: Scan items, calculate total payment, and reconcile daily/shift payments with total sales.
  • Stock Shelves and Clean Counter Area: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restock shelves, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Requirements
  • Criminal Record Check: Must undergo a criminal record check prior to commencing employment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Must be able to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Must be a team player, flexible, and able to work in a dynamic retail environment.
What We Offer
