About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Chevron. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Transactions: Scan items, calculate total payment, and reconcile daily/shift payments with total sales.
  • Stock Shelves and Clean Counter Area: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restock shelves, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Retail business.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility and team player.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The language of work is English.
