Job Summary

The Administrative Secretary 2 will provide critical support to the Prairie Mountain Health team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experiences. This role is an integral part of the healthcare team, requiring a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including reception duties, appointment scheduling, and documentation.
  • Ensure client confidentiality and maintain a welcoming, organized entry area.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, coordinating with Materials Management as needed.
  • Process documents, reports, and data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide backup support to other Administrative Secretaries and departments as required.
  • Manage petty cash, billings, and payments, ensuring reconciliation and balance.
  • Enter and maintain payroll schedules, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage assigned workload, prioritizing tasks to meet program demands.
  • Report urgent matters to management immediately.
