Job Summary:

Jardeg-Construction is seeking a skilled Instrumentation Technician Journeyperson to join our team for various project sites in the Province of Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and calibrate valves, switches, and measurement devices.
  • Work with pneumatic, electrical, and electronic testing instruments to measure and control variables.
  • Experience with tube bending using various sizes of tube benders.

Requirements:

  • Journeyperson Instrumentation and Controls Technician (I&C/I&E) certification.
  • Proven experience as a Journeyperson Instrumentation Tech in a heavy industrial or construction setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of materials, tools, and installation techniques used as an Instrumentation Tech.
  • Strong commitment to safety practices and protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and independently as required.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and project stakeholders.

  • WHMIS
