Job Summary:

Jardeg-Construction is seeking a skilled Instrumentation Technician Journeyperson to join our Maintenance & Turnarounds team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and calibrating valves, switches, and measurement devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and test pneumatic, electrical, and electronic instruments to measure and control variables.
  • Work with a variety of tube benders to bend tubes of various sizes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe work practices.

Requirements:

  • Journeyperson Instrumentation and Controls Technician (I&C/I&E) certification.
  • Proven experience as a Journeyperson Instrumentation Tech in a heavy industrial or construction setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of materials, tools, and installation techniques used as an Instrumentation Tech.
  • Strong commitment to safety practices and protocols.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Aerial Work Platform certification.
  • First Aid certification.
  • WHMIS certification.
