About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to join our team at LHR Américas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company's strategic goals.

Your primary focus will be on generating new business ideas, assessing their feasibility, and developing business plans to drive growth and revenue. You will work closely with our internal teams and external partners to stay informed about market trends and emerging opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong analytical background, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10 years of relevant experience are required, with a professional certification such as CFA, CMA, or PMP being a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business ideas and assess their feasibility.
  • Develop business plans and financial models to drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed about market trends and emerging opportunities through internal and external research.
  • Present new business ideas and plans to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, or equivalent).
  • 10 years of relevant experience in business development, commercial growth, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CFA, CMA, or PMP (desired).
  • Strong analytical background and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
