About the Role

SAP is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Assistant to join our Delivery Canada team. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to the Project Manager for the Sales to Delivery Handover, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in project coordination, planning, and management
  • Support compliance to project requirements and standards
  • Assist with project coordination, including resource management and tracking
  • Provide administrative support for project meetings and documentation
  • Assist with project escalations and issue resolution
  • Participate in project weekly/monthly meetings and reviews
Requirements
  • Good people skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience working in multi-cultural teams an advantage
  • Prior Team Lead or Project Management experience an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
  • Proficiency in English and French (mandatory)
