About the Role

SAP is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Assistant to join our Delivery Canada team. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to the Project Manager for the Sales to Delivery Handover, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including coordination of project meetings, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist with project planning, coordination, and management, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Support the Project Manager in monitoring and controlling project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate and timely reporting, including project metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Assist with project escalations, RAID meetings, and documentation, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Support the Project Manager in managing and tracking project documents, deliverables, and key project metrics.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Previous experience in project management or a related field, with a strong understanding of project coordination and administration.
