Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol interior and exterior of facilities to prevent unauthorized entry and respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance.
  • Monitor risks such as unlocked doors, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical issues, hazardous materials, and additional breaches of security.
  • Use two-way radios and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, visitors, and clients to provide information and resolve issues.
  • Sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders and visitors through courteous and respectful relations.
  • Monitor and screen visitors and clients to grant access to the facility.
Requirements
  • Superior customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
  • Ability to think quickly on your feet and defuse difficult situations.
  • Track record of handling a great deal of responsibility and varied life experience.
  • Enthusiasm for a job well done and a commitment to excellence.
