Job Title: Healthcare Security Officer

Paladin Security is seeking a skilled and professional Healthcare Security Officer to join our team. As a Healthcare Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff within our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol interior and exterior of facilities to prevent unauthorized entry and respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance.
  • Monitor risks such as unlocked doors, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical issues, hazardous materials, and additional breaches of security.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and visitors to provide information and assistance as needed.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and visitors through courteous and respectful interactions.
  • Monitor and screen visitors and clients in a professional manner to grant access to the facility.
Requirements:
  • Superior customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
  • Ability to think quickly on your feet and defuse difficult situations.
  • Track record of handling a great deal of responsibility and varied life experience.
  • Enthusiasm for a job well done and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
