Job Summary:

Paladin Security is seeking a skilled Healthcare Security Officer to join our team at Waterford Hospital. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol interior and exterior of the facility to prevent unauthorized entry and monitor risks such as unlocked doors and blocked entrances and exits.
  • Respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance, and communicate effectively with hospital staff and visitors.
  • Monitor situations, cameras, property, and events to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Screen visitors and clients in a professional manner to grant access to the facility.

Requirements:
  • Superior customer service skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • A passion for helping people and a track record of handling a great deal of responsibility.
  • Varied life experience and enthusiasm for a job well done.
