Job Summary:

As a Healthcare Security Officer with Paladin Security, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to patrol the interior and exterior of the facility, preventing unauthorized entry and responding to alarms and emergency calls for assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor risks such as unlocked doors, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical issues, hazardous materials, and additional breaches of security
Respond to incidents reported by hospital staff, physicians, patients, or visitors
Use two-way radio communication and professionalism to resolve situations
Monitor cameras, property, and events to ensure a secure environment
Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and visitors to provide information and assistance

Requirements:

Superior customer service skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high level of responsibility
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
