Job Summary:

As a Healthcare Security Officer with Paladin Security, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors at Waterford Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol interior and exterior of the facility to prevent unauthorized entry and maintain a high level of security awareness.
Respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance, and monitor situations, cameras, property, and events to ensure a safe environment.
Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and visitors to provide information and assistance as needed.
Monitor and screen visitors and clients in a professional manner to grant access to the facility.

Requirements:

Superior customer service skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet to defuse difficult situations.
A track record of handling a great deal of responsibility and a passion for helping people.
The ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and visitors.
