Senior Reporting Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reporting Specialist to join our team at Haleon. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including IFRS statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analysis and Insights: Provide in-depth analysis and insights to support business decisions, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective financial reporting.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with ICFW and SOX requirements, driving control remediation where necessary.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate financial information.
Requirements
- Accounting Degree: Hold an accounting degree or equivalent qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Experience: Possess 4 years of post-qualification experience or post-degree experience in financial reporting or audit.
- IFRS and SOX: Have practical experience with IFRS and SOX, with a strong understanding of financial reporting regulations.
- Excel and SAP: Proficient in Excel and SAP, with experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
