Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a complete, accurate, and timely set of IFRS reporting for an entity or cluster of smaller entities.
- Oversee month-end-close activities, ensuring they are carried out in a robust and efficient manner by our partner BPO.
- Ensure compliance with ICFW and SOX requirements, driving control remediation where necessary.
- Review Balance Sheet Reconciliations, drive quality, and resolve open items, assessing BS healthiness and surfacing risks to be addressed.
- Support process improvements, resolve deficiencies, and lead overall performance on high-level.
- Produce routine analyses, schedules, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare audit deliverables as required.
- Accounting degree or qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- 4 years of post-qualification experience or post-degree.
- Experience in Financial Reporting or Audit Firm.
- Practical experience with IFRS.
- Experience of working in a Control/SOX environment.
- Excel skills a must.
- Previous experience of SAP preferred.
- Developed analytical skills.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Fluent English (minimum C1).
