About the Role

As a Call Center Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and professional support via phone, email, or in-person. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Directing customers to the correct department or personnel
  • Answering basic customer inquiries and referring more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person
  • Handling telephone calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Taking thorough messages and ensuring they reach the appropriate party
  • Performing clerical duties and accounting tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong customer relation skills and the ability to work well with both internal and external customers
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills over the phone and in person
  • Ability to work and function with all work teams and department levels
  • Organized and detail-oriented with demonstrated computer skills in MS Word and Excel
  • A professional and confident attitude, strong time management skills, and the ability to multitask
