Deli Operations Manager

About the Role:
The Deli Operations Manager will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing the daily operations of the Deli Department, and achieving budgeted results while adhering to Federated Co-operatives Limited's policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service that aligns with the company's mission and vision, and motivate the Deli team to do the same.
- Lead the development and achievement of financial results and budget objectives in the areas of sales, margins, expenses, and profits within established guidelines.
- Provide leadership in employee relations, hiring, training, development, coaching, and recognition.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, professional standards, and performance management.
- Maintain high standards of department presentation and operation, including ordering, merchandising, production, inventory control, sanitation, and food safety.
- Lead asset protection efforts, including reporting workplace incidents, loss prevention, and equipment maintenance.

About You:

- Have previous retail deli operation or management experience.
