Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Deli Supervisor to join our team at Thrifty Foods. As a Deli Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading our deli department and providing exceptional customer service to our customers. You'll work closely with our deli team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, and you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the deli team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory and ordering of deli products
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Experience in a deli or food service environment is an asset
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
