Bakery/Deli Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Bakery/Deli Manager will provide leadership and support to the department team members, ensuring the success of the bakery/deli team. This role is responsible for supervising and coordinating the operations of the department, achieving budgeted goals, and maintaining high standards of merchandising, product, and facility image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and support to department team members.
- Ensure top-notch customer service satisfaction.
- Organize, direct, and coordinate the operations of the department's team.
- Achieve budgeted goals and maintain high standards of merchandising, product, and facility image.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Practice team management and staff development activities, such as full-cycle recruitment, training, and development, and performance management.
- Assume responsibility for maintenance of competitive prices and initiating price checks.
Team and Community:
The Bakery/Deli Manager will lead a team of 14 individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment focused on achieving objectives. The team fosters an environment that encourages growth, teamwork, and customer care.

Requirements:
