Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at QProVibe Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including arranging seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • HR Coordination: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team and direct staff as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration and work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints, and negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
