Croesus Finansoft, Inc., a leading provider of innovative wealth management solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and organized Strategic Support Specialist to support senior management in their day-to-day activities.

**Job Overview**

The Strategic Support Specialist will be responsible for scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for the President. Additionally, they will prepare, draft, and format various documents, such as emails, reports, presentations, and memos.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Schedule management: Coordinate schedules, organize appointments, and manage invitations, confirmations, and reminders.
  • Document drafting and handling: Prepare and draft documents, provide proofreading and correction services.
  • Organize meetings: Prepare agendas, invite participants, reserve rooms and equipment, and provide meeting logistics.
  • Taking minutes: Attend meetings, take detailed notes, draft minutes, and distribute them to participants.
  • Call and email management: Screen calls, respond to requests for information, and manage email correspondence.
  • Reception and public relations: Greet visitors, manage information requests, and liaise between internal departments and external partners.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college diploma in office automation or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably at a senior management level.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of IT tools, including Google Suite and online communication and collaboration tools.
  • Discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
  • A sense of initiative and proactivity, with the ability to anticipate needs and propose solutions.
  • Strong team spirit and service orientation, with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive annual salary, ranging from $60,000 to $80,000, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a corporate profit-sharing plan, sports program, gym access, telemedicine, group insurance, group RRSP, and more.
