Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and solution-oriented Maintenance and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks with ease, and possess a working knowledge of maintenance, renovation, and building upkeep.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely follow-up between tenant requests and maintenance staff.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by effectively responding to tenant needs.
  • Contact and coordinate subcontractors when necessary.
  • Support the General Manager in purchasing while respecting budget constraints.
  • Support the maintenance team by planning schedules and priorities.
  • Perform other related tasks related to customer service and building maintenance.

Key Qualifications

  • Proactive and organized individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of rigor.
  • Working knowledge of maintenance, renovation, and building upkeep.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment.
