Knewsales Group is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to spearhead our expansion across Canada. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of scaling businesses successfully, with expertise in multiple sales techniques and a strong background in direct sales.
The successful Director will work closely with our executives, leadership team, and field salesforce to grow the business by identifying and developing new opportunities. Key responsibilities include building relationships with current customers, partners, and vendors, evaluating existing partnerships and sales efforts, and making recommendations for improvements.
A key requirement for this role is the ability to research new market opportunities, oversee current growth project results, and make sales projections and forecasts. Experience with CRM software and MS Excel, as well as familiarity with sales performance metrics, are essential. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills and be able to travel across multiple provinces and locations.
We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission up to a total of $300,000. Additional benefits include working directly with leadership and executive team, creating and seeing the impact of your work directly, expanding your network to both sales and non-profit organizations, and access to health and dental benefits.
