About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at Falconridge Dental. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering high-quality treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treatment Room Preparation: Ensure treatment rooms are prepared for patient examinations, including setting up equipment and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Instrument Sterilization: Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment to maintain a high level of infection control.
  • Assisting Dentists: Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs to ensure smooth and efficient treatment.
  • Dental X-Ray Services: Take and develop dental x-rays to support diagnostic and treatment planning.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide guidance on maintaining good oral health.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, including medical and dental history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Scheduling and Patient Flow: Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
