As an Environmental Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in assessing ministries' compliance with the Environmental Bill of Rights, conducting research and analysis, and reporting on your findings. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission and make a real difference in the lives of Ontarians.
We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a strong background in environmental studies or sciences. Your expertise will help us identify areas of non-compliance and provide recommendations for improvement. You will work closely with our team to develop effective solutions and ensure that our reports are clear and concise.
This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $82,217 - $121,155 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you can expect a modern work environment with a flexible hybrid model, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in environmental studies or sciences, with preference given to individuals with a Master's or PhD in these fields. You will also possess excellent research and analytical skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication abilities.
