Senior Process Engineer

Carbon Engineering Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Senior Process Engineer to spearhead the enhancement of our Innovation Centre (CEIC) plant's design, execution, and performance. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your extensive engineering expertise to drive process improvements, mentor junior staff, and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engineering solutions to enhance plant performance and reliability.
- Analyze system performance and prepare technical reports.
- Drive process improvements and mentor junior staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in process engineering within the chemical industry.
- In-depth understanding of chemical plant operations, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite, including advanced functions, data analysis, and report generation.
- Competitive compensation package, including extended health benefits.
- Base salary range: $119,850 to $160,000, with additional bonus pay.
