About the Role

AECOM ELECTRIC LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer networks, software, and hardware.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to users on the use of computer systems, software, and other technical tools.
  • Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical procedures and communicate technical information to users in a clear and concise manner.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of technical support workers, providing guidance and direction to ensure that team members are meeting their responsibilities and goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to users, responding to their technical needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
