We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Storage Solutions Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Canada. As a Cloud Storage Solutions Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of AWS storage services by developing and executing go-to-market programs and initiatives at scale with tangible results.

Responsibilities
  • Set strategic direction for go-to-market initiatives and oversee execution of insights-based GTM programs and activities to grow adoption of AWS storage services
  • Work directly with customers to map data and AI services to deliver on their business objectives and outcomes
  • Use business savvy and excellent verbal and written communication skills to develop targeted sales plays and enablement programs to help field teams capture and progress opportunities
  • Partner with industry teams to identify workloads, such as Generative AI, that impact our storage services
  • Act as a trusted business advisor to guide cross-functional teams of SAs, Sales, Business Development, and Service teams to accelerate customer adoption and revenue attainment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • 7+ years of relevant GTM, Sales, or Consulting experience
  • 5+ years of Storage experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams, as well as internal and external executive stakeholders
  • Established track record of credibility as a technology advisor with customer executives (e.g. CEO, COO, CIO, CTO, CMO) and Line of Business Leaders
  • Experience and success in negotiating complex deals with customers and partners
  • Experience in a heavily matrixed sales environment, including developing, implementing, managing, and executing go-to-market growth initiatives and sales motions
  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies, including public and hybrid cloud platforms
  • Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
