Trade School Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team at New Horizons Truck Driving School Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring that all programs and services are delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the school's goals and objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the school, including staff, budget, and facilities.
- Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to senior staff, ensuring that they are equipped to manage their teams effectively.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including staff, students, and external partners.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all programs and services meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Compliance: Ensure that the school complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on the school's performance and any areas for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of the education sector.
