Trade School Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade School General Manager to join our team at A1 Transportation Academy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our trade school, ensuring that we deliver high-quality education and training to our students.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the academy's goals and objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and facilities, to support the delivery of our programs.
- Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to our team of instructors and staff, ensuring that they have the necessary support and resources to deliver high-quality education and training.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including students, parents, and industry partners, to ensure that we are meeting their needs and expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that our programs and services meet the highest standards of quality, and that we are compliant with all relevant regulations and accreditation requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Work Setting: Head office.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
