About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade School General Manager to join our team at A1 Transportation Academy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve the academy's goals and objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate material, human, and financial resources to support the academy's operations.
  • Leadership: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Representation: Represent the academy in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the academy.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate the necessary authority to them.
Supervision and Work Environment
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 5-10 people.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
